The Fabulous
New Standard D-25
15 minute flight experience

Carrying 4 passengers in a large front open cockpit, the New Standard D-25 was instrumental in introducing tens of thousands of people to their first airplane ride, back when aviation was in its infancy.

Reservations for parties over 16 are required. We supply the helmets, goggles, and scarves; you get to have all the fun! Maneuvers include lazy-eights, steep and shallow 360 degree turns, and maybe even a few "whoopty-dos."

Flights in the New Standard D-25 last 15-18 minutes, and take guests on a ride where they can experience the sensations of flight in the open cockpit. See, smell, feel, and hear the experience for yourself from our front cockpit!  A minimum of two guests must be in the aircraft for it to leave the ground, and a maximum of 4 guests can be accommodated on each flight.  These flights are booked on a first come, first served basis.

The Legendary Boeing Stearman
30 minute hands on experience

Known as the PT-17/N2S3 or N2S, our 2-place open cockpit biplanes have full controls in both front and rear cockpits. This is the perfect aircraft to transport you back in time to relive the excitement and challenge of piloting the famous WWII trainer for a 30 minute flight experience. (reservations suggested)

After you have received a preflight briefing we will go up and perform some of the same maneuvers the cadets flew in WWII; shallow and steep bank turns, lazy eights, chandelles, and stalls, after which you’ll fly back to the home field and shoot the pattern to land. Upon landing you can say "Mission Accomplished, I flew the Stearman”
